The biggest question I have is, will someone want to work for free? It seems rude even to ask for someone to give up their time and their talent for no money at all. It's like saying their effort is literally worthless.
But then, I assume there's always going to be someone who does it for the credit, or maybe the love of it. And if that's the case, that's cool! That's why I'm curious :-)

Perfectly understandable question. If I could, I would hire my voice artists for their time to help me out with my project. But unfortunately even I’m not getting paid to make my animated series (unless you count the $3 per month from my Patreons) and I have spent a lot of time building it up. I think the reality is that to a certain degree everyone will have to work for free at some point in their lives. The reason I’m spending so much time working on my animated web series is because it’s something that I truly believe that it will be a successful series in the future. And I have been working on it since 2015!

If you want voice actresses for your project then the best thing to do is to ask around and let people know that you're opening auditions. I've been asking around on Facebook, Twitter and here on Newgrounds.
